3 Last-minute ways to set the table this Valentine's Day

Florals: It is all about the festive flowers when it comes to this holiday! Head to your local florist (my personal favorite is @stemfloralco if you are in the San Diego area) and pick up a beautiful bouquet! Most floral shops will have a wide variety of Valentine-themed arrangements pre-made and ready for purchase, but of course, they specialize in custom arrangements as well! The arrangement doesn't have to be elaborate to be beautiful. A simple bouquet of pink tulips can do the trick! Of course, roses are always a nice touch. Even sprinkle in the affordable white carnations as an added touch! If you are in a real pinch for time, your local grocery store is sure to have something beautiful as well!

Setting the table: Now, depending on your inventory, there is a lot you can do here. Do you have chargers? Bust them out for this special occasion! Also, never underestimate the changes a white tablecloth can bring to the table. It can transform your everyday dining table into a dining experience! Standard white dinner plates paired with gold flatware (these disposable ones look real and can be delivered in 2 days!) are elegant combinations!

Get crafty: Cut out some hearts, write a little love note, and place one on each place setting for a personal touch. Hey, it's Valentine's Day, and the time for love notes is now! Plus, it will add to the decor of the table!
