Unfortunately, the inflatable waterpark I purchased two years ago is no longer available. But this one is very similar! Below are other recommendations based on children's ages and the size of your yard!

(Sidenote: GET A SUMP PUMP! Sorry for all caps, but a sump pump is your best tool for clearing the water from these things when you are done. Please scroll below to read more and get the link to the one we use.)

I know these inflatable waterparks can be expensive, but if you rent those giant inflatables for your children's birthday parties, it may make more sense to buy one. It roughly costs about $200 to rent (delivery fees, damage fees, etc.) Do that just three times, and you already spent the same amount you would have if you bought one. On any hot day (and there are a lot here in San Diego), I bust this out! Easy to set up and provides hours of active entertainment for your children! It is well worth it since we use it several times a week throughout the summer!

1. Great for kids all ages and works in small backyards. This waterpark is great for kids of all ages! My sister in law bought this for her kids, and it fits great in their compact backyard. The splash pool area is perfect for babies and toddlers while children 3+ play on the rest!

2. Great for older kids and smaller backyards I added this inflatable to the list due to its high reviews and features. This waterpark is 8 feet tall, making the slide down fun for adults as well! Not sure if the manufacture states if adults should be using it this or not, but I won't tell if you don't ;)

3. Perfect for toddlers and babies This inflatable is the perfect size for your baby or toddler and is small enough to set up anywhere!

4. Perfect for babies and toddlers Same as above, great size for your little one!

5. Great for children 3+ and larger yards Racing slides and slip n slides?!! Say no more; I am sold!

6. Great for 3+ and small to medium size yards This one is designed similarly to the one we have except it is isn't as wide. Therefore the splash pool is smaller than the pictures I have shared of ours. Aside from that, it is 8ft tall, making the slide down fast and fun, netting at the top to prevent anyone from jumping off and the rock climbing wall is in the front, making it easy to have eyes on everyone at all times!

7. Great for large yards and ages 3+ This inflatable water park is the one we have, and we love it! It is 22ft wide, making the splash pool an ample open space to play. I love how large the pool area is because I can be there with the baby without being in the way of anyone using the slides or rock climbing wall. This model isn't available right now, but I will be sure to post about it if it ever comes back!

Caring, maintenance, and storing your inflatable waterpark

Storage: A bought this outdoor storage bin to store our inflatable waterpark. You could purchase something smaller if you are looking to store just the inflatable, but if you want more room to hold the blower, extension chords, and other outdoor equipment, this will be your best bet. This storage bin has been one of the best purchases we have made for our yard. It stores this giant inflatable and everything that comes with it, in addition to our kiddy pool and sports equipment! It is sturdy and stylish enough to throw some cushions on it and disguise it as a bench.

Maintenance: First things first, to save your water bill, get this sump pump. Once the splash pool fills up with enough water, add this pump in and attach the other end to where the hose was pumping water in. The sump pump will then recirculates the water from the splash pool! Not only will it save water, but this is the best way to clear water out from the inflatable, minimizing the chances of mold buildup. After we clear out as much water as possible, we drape it over our swing set and let it sit out for a day or two to dry.

I hope this post was helpful when it comes to finding and caring for your new inflatable! It is an excellent way to beat the heat, especially if you don't have a pool!
