For those days where the sun is shining, but the weather doesn't seem to reflect those warm rays, this is an outfit option that is cute, casual, and comfortable! It is just your basic white tee and high waisted jeans. I paired it with a long open cardigan to keep me warm and a floppy straw hat to give it more of a beach vibe and of course to protect my face.
